Everyone deserves the opportunity to have More Good Days, and we’re here to help youth 11-25 years of age. All our services are free; you don’t need a referral, and we won’t turn you away. You’ll find free mental health counselling, substance use counselling, peer support, Indigenous wellness services, employment support and primary health care. It’s a safe space that’s respectful of different cultures and inclusive to all.
