Ed's Karaoke & Birthday Party Room Terms & Conditions

1. No outside food and drinks are permitted in Ed’s including the party room (except for Birthday cake/or approved desserts)
2. No refunds are allowed once payment has been completed.
3. Prices and hours are subject to change without notice.
4. Age Restrictions: Adults, Kids & Teens are all welcome to enjoy Ed’s Karaoke! Parents and chaperones must always present to supervise the party. The room can accommodate 12 adults or approximately 12-15 composed kids and adults. Liquor Service: In order to be served liquor in the private karaoke room, all participants must be 18+.
5. Karaoke Room contains lighting with different kinds of flashing and visual patterns which may not be suitable for photosensitive epilepsy.
6. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your reservation time at the Ed’s Counter for ID Verification and organization of your group. Room walk through and rental agreement signing upon arrival. By purchasing the rental space, you agree to all responsibility for the assigned rental space.
7. Decorations are subject to approval. (Balloons, confetti, piñatas, glitter & silly string or any other items that may cause damages are not permitted.) The Renter will also be responsible for any take down and related clean-up for items brought to Ed’s Bowling. Please note that a clean-up rate may apply if these rules are not followed.
8. West Edmonton Mall Property is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
9. Contains lighting with different kinds of flashing and visual patterns which may not be suitable for photosensitive epilepsy. 
10. No Damage Deposit Required: However, the Renter will be responsible for all damage(s) to the rental space caused by guests, invitees and other personnel attending during their stay.
11. All renters are subject to the rules and regulations and safety codes of West Edmonton Mall’s parks and Ed’s Bowling.
12. Drug use is not permitted under any circumstances.
13. West Edmonton Mall reserves the right to:
1. Refund the purchase price of any rental space and revoke the privileges of a renter at any time without cause,
2. request additional personal information from a renter; and
3. Enter and inspect any rental space at any time for any reason before, during or after use by renters
14. Anyone who misuses the room or willfully allows the miuse may result in the party’s removal from the room and/or prosecution. This includes:
1. Damage to the room and property
2. Not cooperating with Ed’s/West Edmonton Mall policies
3. Disruption or mistreatment of guests/employees

The Renter acknowledges that there are certain risks associated with attending the Attraction and agrees to hereby indemnify, defend and hold harmless West Edmonton Mall Property Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers and employees from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses that might arise as a result of the Renter, and any person attending the facility with the consent of the Renter, attending the Attraction on the Rental Date. The indemnity obligations set forth herein shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.
