Rules and Regulations

• Patrons must take a shower using soap prior to entering the pool.
• Patrons must wash their hands using soap after using the washroom and changing diapers. 
• Children, 35 months and younger, and anyone who is or may be incontinent should wear protective, water resistant swimwear (swim diapers).
• No patron shall use the pool if the person has been instructed not to do so by a Regional Health Authority or a physician.
• Only guide dogs or dogs used to assist individuals with disabilities are allowed on the pool premises. Pets are not allowed. 
• Patrons who are intoxicated are not allowed to use the pool.
• Street shoes must not be worn in wet traffic areas. 
• Proper swim attire is required. Swim attire is defined as a one or two piece swimsuit. Pants, denim, wetsuits, thongs, or transparent clothing is not permitted. Other swim attire specifically designed for aquatic use is permitted - please speak with an aquatics supervisor. We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of swim attire.
• Swim attire with metal buttons, buckles, rivets, zippers, or sharp objects are not permitted on any slide or attraction.
• Only Canadian approved life-jackets/PFDs are permitted in designated pools and slides. 
• Diving masks, snorkels, water wings and fins are not permitted. Loose articles are not permitted.
• No outside food or drinks or alcohol permitted.
• Glass is not allowed on the pool deck or in other barefoot areas. 

• Photography and videography, including the use of cell phones, GoPro cameras, or any recording devices are strictly prohibited in the facility, including all pools, waterslides, attractions and within all changing facilities. 

• For guests' safety, all minimum and maximum height/weight requirements will be enforced. 
• Maximum temperature of whirlpool 40 C
• Recommended maximum time in the whirlpool: 10 minutes
• No patron shall urinate or defecate in, or otherwise pollute the pool
• Clothing tattoos that contain offensive, explicit or profane images, symbols or writing must be covered at the facility's discretion.
• Attention parents ⚠️ - Children 6 years and under must be accompanied by and within arm's reach of a chaperone 18 years or older. Children 7 - 10 years must be accompanied by a chaperone  16 years or older.
• Other Information
  • Maximum bather load for blue thunder wave pool is 2000.
  • Maximum bather load for the single hot tub is 20.
  • Maximum bather load for the Double hot tub is 40.
• Location of the fire alarm, telephone or other emergency devices can be found at Guest Services.

Persons with the following conditions should not ride:

• Expectant mothers
• Heart conditions, epilepsy or abnormal blood pressure
• Fear of enclosed spaces
• Sensitivity to loud sounds (Slideboarding only)
• Recent surgery or other conditions that may be aggravated by this ride, including guests with casts or support braces. 
• Back, neck or similar physical problems
• Motion sickness or dizziness
• Sensitivity to strobe effects (Slideboarding only)
• ⚠️Patrons with diarrhea over the previous two weeks should not use the pool.
• ⚠️Any person with a communicable disease or infection is kindly asked not to use any slide or pool.
• ⚠️Expectant mothers, persons greater than 65 years of age or persons with medical conditions requiring ongoing care of a physician, including heart disease, hypertension, seizures, diabetes and obesity, etc., should consult with a physician prior to using the hot tubs.
